The East and West amenity center will be closing at 7:30pm due to daylight savings.
- If you would like to reserve a space at the Union Park East Indoor Clubhouse, please submit a request for approval by clicking this link.
- If you would like to reserve a space at the Union Park West Outdoor Amenity Center, please submit a request for approval by clicking this link..
Note: Residents can only reserve a section of the West open-air amenity center areas and not the entire amenity center. The amenity center will not be closed off to other residents visiting the pool.
* Your reservation request is not approved until a member of the breeze team has reviewed and notified you to mail your deposits. A reservation request will block the time on the calendar so other residents can not book the time of the event.
There is a refundable fee that is due prior to the reservation date in the amount of $300.00. This will be returned to you after your reservation and as long as there is no damage to the CDD property. This encompasses a 4-hour time window. For any additional hour outside of the 4-hour time window, there is a $50.00 non-refundable fee that will have to be sent in.
